Always unexpected, delicious, cheap AND exciting to hunt down, Old Delhi street food was one of my favourite things about the city. Cardamom biscuits {3} cooked on a hot griddle strapped to a little cart, spicy potato Bedmi {4} served with semolina Nagori for breakfast, and heavenly whipped milk froth topped with nutty sweet crumbly stuff called Daulat Ki Chaat {1}.
